Our interns and associates work on varied transactions, both in their nature and their amount, allowing them to be comfortable with all types of transactions

A single associate works with the partner on each deal, allowing associates to be involved in the entirety of each transaction. Furthermore, wherever possible, each associate is assigned to a client, so that each associate can follow the evolution of a client over several years.

Finally, we believe that quality of life is important to retain associates. The firm thus operates on a model of trust and benevolence, where each lawyer has great autonomy in the management of his/her time, without hourly targets, and his/her workplace.
